Why Summerlin Continues to Attract Buyers Despite National Slowdown in Home Sales

The housing market has faced its share of headwinds this year. Nationwide, rising home prices and persistently high interest rates have created challenges for buyers and sellers alike. This comes as overall new-home sales across the Las Vegas Valley fell by 24 percent from the same period last year, according to Las Vegas-based Home Builders Research. In contrast, Summerlin’s new-home sales declined by only 14 percent, highlighting the community’s continued strength amid shifting market conditions.
