Sales Activity: Steady, But Below Last Year
July saw 2,767 homes sold, a small increase over June but still down 11% compared to July 2024. Pending sales held steady, with just over 2,700 homes currently in escrow, an 8% increase from last month.
While the pace is slower than in past years, the activity shows that serious buyers are still moving forward—especially when they find the right property at the right price.
